Back into the groove...
Apparently while I was back in the states, Poland and most of Europe had been in a record breaking cold spell. My friends told me that it was so cold, it hurt to walk home. Am I thankful that the day I got back was the end of the serious cold spell? VERY! Oddly enough the same thing happened last year when I came in January. Before I came they had tons of feet of snow, then the day I arrived it had already began to melt. It did snow some later that winter but apparently nothing like before. I am sure we will have many more months of winter this year, but all of my Polish friends say it already feels like spring to them. By the way the temperatures are still in the 40's, so not my Texas idea of spring :)
I have enjoyed being back with my friends, back in this gorgeous city, and back at home in Sweet Surrender. This friday we will be having our monthly event called :Black Coffee Nights, where we have a speaker come and talk about a specific topic about coffee. It's a unique way to tell the community about what's happening in the world of coffee. It also gives other barista's from Kraków a time to get to know each other, and create their own community. Of coarse this also brings people into the shop, and the more people we bring in, the more we can tell about God. So win, win, WIN.
Have a grand day friends!
